Hrvatski pekar is the first Croatian magazine for bakery, milling, confectionery, pastry and industrial packaging.
Hrvatski pekar is among the most significant professional magazines in the Croatian ‘white industry’. The magazine is published 6 times a year. Miroslav Matasic is the editor-in-chief. All bakers, millers and confectioners in Croatia receive the magazine. The editorial team includes eminent Croatian an European experts. After celebrating 150th issue, the concept was enriched with new topics: inspection control, laws, regulations, new regulations to be introduced as a part of the Croatian EU accession, etc. The editorial team sought cooperation with the most eminent experts, who are knowledgeable about various issues in the ‘white industry’. The magazine has 40 pages, printed in deluxe design. It has been published for 24 years.

Milling and Bakery (Slovenia)

Mlinarstvo in pekarstvo is the first Slovenian magazine for bakery and milling.
The magazine has been published for 19 years, 6 issues a year. All Slovenian bakers, millers and confectioners receive it. It is printed in Slovenian language. This is the only magazine in this field in Slovenia. Engineer Anton Batan is the editor-in-chief, while dr. Blanka Vombergar PhD, of the IC Piramida Maribor is the executive editor. The editorial committee includes food technology experts from the greatest Slovenian food companies and bakeries, as well as professors from Slovenian univesites, higher schools in the field. Through its work, the magazine managed to unite expert forces in Slovenia and to use their expert potential, especially during the time when Slovenia was joining the EU. The magazine is characterized by deluxe design and original articles.

Baker BiH (Bosnia and Herzegowina)

Pekar is the first Bosnian-Herzegovinian magazine for bakery and milling.
The magazine has been published for 10 years. It is published in Croatian language. All bakers, millers and confectioners in all three Bosnian entities receive it. Stjepan Odobašić is the editor-in-chief, while Krešo Kovačević, MS, is the executive editor. The editorial office in Sarajevo is headed by Husref Bačevac. This is the only magazine in this field in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Bosnian-Herzegovinian experts are more and more present when it comes to writing expert articles. Publication of the magazine is supported by numerous international companies, such as Ireks Aroma, Zeelandia, Spiromatic, Brabender. Four issues are published a year.

Pekarstvo is a Serbian magazine for bakery.
For the 11 years running, our editorial board is occasionally publishing a Serbian bakery magazine, with Ireks Aroma ltd. as the general sponsor. The magazine is published in Serbian language, with deluxe design and carrying excellent expert articles and information from the field of baking, confectionary and milling. Professor Jasna Mastilović from the Institute in Novi Sad is the editor-in-chief. The editorial office is in Novi Sad as well.

Pekarstvo i slatkarstvo is the first Macedonian magazine for bakery, milling, confectionery, pastry and industrial packaging.
The magazine has been published for 11 years. It is in Macedonian language. The editor-in-chief is Goce Vasilevski, PhD, while Krešo Kovačević, MS, is the executive editor. The editorial office in Skopje is headed by Vlado Popovski. This is the only magazine in this field in Macedonia. All bakers and confectioners in Macedonia receive it. Special emphasis is given to confectionery, which is widespread in Macedonia.
